Order Processing

Each item is made to order with a custom design. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the order, destination, carrier capacity, seasonal demand, and other factors.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Available shipping options and estimated delivery information will be shown after you enter your shipping address. Please allow additional time during holidays, major promotions, customs processing, or other periods of high demand.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

International Orders

Delayed or Missing Packages
